Green Aventurine is part of the quartz family and is often said to increase confidence and help promote emotional tranquillity. Whilst forming under intense heat and pressure the Aventurine often combined with tiny flecks of crystal that give the semi-precious gemstone a sparkling metallic iridescence. Aventurine is often banded translucent to opaque and although most commonly found as green it’s also available in yellow, orange, blue, gray or brown.
