Returns Policy

At The Beadstalk we are fully committed to providing our customers with quality products.  If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchased items please notify us via our contact form, within 7 days of receiving the goods and we will be more than happy to provide you with a full refund excluding your postage costs on the day of receiving and checking of returned goods.

Please note all returned items must be:

1. In their original packing, unused, well packed and with the original invoice enclosed.
2. You MUST notify us of your intention to return any goods within 7 days of receiving via our
   contact form contact form.
3. Please return goods in a suitable protective packaging to ensure that they do not get damaged
   in transit.
4. Please send returned goods by recorded delivery.
5. Refunds can only be credited to the card originally debited.
6. Swarovski wholesale factory packs can only be returned for a refund if the pack hasn't been opened or damaged in any way.
7. Due to current EU Hygiene regulations, Earrings are non-returnable.
