Do your prices include vat?
Yes All prices include vat at 17.5%

Where do you deliver?
We deliver to UK and Europe only.

How much do you charge for p&p?
UK standard postage is £1.50, UK Recorded postage is £2.50, UK Special Delivery postage is £5.60 and European postage is £8.00

Is there a minimum order value?
There is no minimum order, if you only require one item that’s no problem.

Do you have a printed catalog?
Because we are constantly updating the products on our website, we don’t have a printed catalogue

Can we visit the store?
We are currently an online business only, and do not have a premises for customers to visit at present

Do you offer drop-shipping?
We don’t offer a drop shipping service or sell our products via a third party such as eBay or any other auctioning site.

How do I place an order?
You can place an order online or over the phone. To place an order online add the items you require to your shopping basket then proceed to the checkout. At the checkout stage you just fill in your details. You will be asked for your name, address and delivery details. You can then proceed to make a payment via PayPal, which will allow you to pay via your credit card, debit card or through a PayPal account. YOU DON’T need a PayPal account to pay via PayPal, it’s just a payment gateway.

How do I register?
Registration is simple just follow these steps.
1. Click on the “Login” button at the top of the page.
2. In the right hand box titled “Create your account” enter your email address then click on the “Create Your Account” button.
3. Fill in all the fields marked with the required *
4. Click the “Register” button and your account will be created and an email sent to you with your login details.

I have forgotten my password what do I do?
To retrieve your password follow these steps
1. Click on the “Help” button at the top right hand corner of the page.
2. In the box provided enter your email address then click on the “Retrieverdquo; button.
3. Your password will then be emailed to you.
